We can provide a Technical Expert Witness service – most commonly on court cases where the involvement of an experienced technical professional is required to assist the judge in reaching a verdict. Although, in our experience, many cases where an Expert Witness is engaged are often able to be resolved without actually going to court.
We regularly provide such services either directly to the client but on many occasions we are recommended to their clients by legal professionals who have developed a confidence in our ability to provide a reliable technical expert witness representation to the court.
Typical issues
Typical issues that might require the invovlement of an expert witness include structural movement of buildings and other structures, bad building practice, boundary disputes, and the like.
