New Phone System Installation:
We will be upgrading our phone systems on the 16th October 2018 – it is likely that there will be periodic outages throughout the day as we swap to the new system and get everything set up.
If you need to contact us and cannot get through via the phone, please email us at: [email protected] and someone will call you back as soon as possible. Please note that, depending on how the switch goes on the day, it might be the following day before we are able to call you back.
Planned Christmas Closures 2018:
Our offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year period from lunchtime on Friday 21st December 2018 to Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
During this time we cannot guarantee a response to anything other than an emergency call, all non-emergency messages and emails received over this period will be responded to promptly in the new year in the order in which enquiries were received.
