Office Closures 2026:
Our current planned office closures for 2026 are:
- Holiday Closures
- Friday 3rd – Monday 6th April (Easter)
- Monday 4th May (Bank Holiday)
- Monday 25th May (Bank Holiday)
- Monday 31st May (Bank Holiday)
- Monday 31st August (Bank Holiday)
- Other Closures
- Friday 15th May – new phone system installation
Please note that due to staff holidays and other ongoing staff requirements, we may occasionally be slow to answer the phone – during these times please leave a message on our voicemail and someone will call you back as soon as possible.
During office closures, we will be available for emergency enquiries only. In case of an emergency regarding an unsafe structure or a serious problem with your project, please call 07957 979656. If there is no answer on this number, please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

This list of dates will be regularly updated with any changes, and do not include annual leave planned by individual members of staff.
Ongoing email problems
As far as we are aware, our email services are currently working as usual, however, if you have been expecting an email from one of the team, or are waiting on a response to an email sent to us, and we have taken longer than usual or more than 2-3 working days to respond, please give us a call on 01709 730780 so that we can check the system and, if needed, re-send paperwork out to you via the post.
