We’re Changing our Opening Hours.
Effective from Friday 9th April, we will be closing the office at lunchtime on Fridays.
During this time our office phone line will divert to voicemail and emails will not be replied to. We can still be contacted for emergencies via the methods detailed below.

Office Closures 2021:
Our current planned office closures for 2021 are:
- Wednesday 8th September, 2.30pm onwards
During this time, we will be available for emergency enquiries only and can be contacted, in case of an emergency, on 07770 340348. If there is no answer on this number, please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
These dates will be regularly updated with any changes, and do not include annual leave planned by individual members of staff.
Ongoing email problems
As far as we are aware, our emails continue to work normally since the transfer to the new host provider last year.
However, if you are expecting either an email from one of the team, or are waiting on a response to an email sent to us, and we have taken longer than usual to respond, please give us a call on 01709 730780 so that we can check the system and, if needed, send paperwork out to you via the post.
As of the 1st July 2019 we are officially 10 years old!
