Today is our 10th Birthday as a company, and we’re excited to be able to share some news with you.
As many of you know, we’re a small company based in the Rotherham area and operating across South Yorkshire. We offer architectural and building engineering services for commercial and residential clients, including Architectural design, Structural design, advice on matters relating to the Party Wall etc Act 1996 and Site Investigation planning and analysis.
We’re proud to support local charities such as Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice and also local charity initiatives such as the Bold Adventures Project at Porter’s Lodge and the Maltby Miners Memorial. We’re currently working with the Rangjung Yeshe Gomde UK on their new construction plans at Lindholme Buddhist Temple and are looking forward to seeing how our work with them develops.
We plan to continue our charity work later this year with a quiz night event. Detailed plans are still in the works, but we’ll be looking to people to volunteer for quiz teams at some point soon.
We’re also excited to announce that we’re in discussions with Sheffield College to support a student grant in September with the aim of boosting diversity in those just starting off in the construction industry.
Before all of that we’ll be taking some time off this coming weekend for some corporate team-building work, and we’re looking forward to trying out the new Professional Integrity and Sustaining Sociability Under Pressure initiative that we have planned.

This does mean that our offices will be closed both Friday 5th July and Monday 8th July. During that time we will have no phone coverage – if you need to contact us, please leave us a voicemail message and someone will get back to you on Tuesday morning.
Most of all, however, we really want to extend a massive thank you to all of our clients and industry colleagues past and present. You’ve helped to make the last ten years incredibly memorable and we hope to have a productive future working alongside all of you.
