Ongoing email problems
Our email and website service providers experienced a significant outage between the 4th and 6th March 2025, this was due to an issue with the provision of their cloud hosting services, and means that we were without reliable email access between the 4th and 10th March. Additionally, the majority of emails sent to us between the 3rd and 6th March were lost in the outage.
As far as we are aware, the email services are now back to normal and working as usual, however, if you have been expecting an email from one of the team, or are waiting on a response to an email sent to us, and we have taken longer than usual to respond, please give us a call on 01709 730780 so that we can check the system and, if needed, re-send paperwork out to you via the post.
