A Technical Expert Witness service is most commonly required on court cases where the involvement of an experienced technical professional is required to assist the judge in reaching a verdict. Although, in our experience, many cases where an Expert Witness is engaged are often able to be resolved without actually going to court.
Such services are provided either directly to the client or as recommended to their clients by legal professionals.
